Tis the season for fun and interesting cocktail ideas, fa,la,la,la,la.  I love trying different cocktails and using interesting flavours, but, truth be told, I’m not a real mixologist (although with enough practice…)

So, I look to the experts and just follow what they do (remember, imitation IS the best form of flattery).

This cocktail is relatively simple to do and provides a nice, citrus burst for the holiday season.  I think you’ll really enjoy it.

Ingredients:

1 oz Sobieski Vodka
2 frozen (thawed) strawberries
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
2 oz passionfruit juice

Directions:

• In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 1 oz Sobieski Vodka, 2 frozen (thawed) strawberries, 1/2 oz lemon juice, 1/2 oz simple syrup and 2 oz passionfruit juice.
• Shake sharply and strain into a martini glass.
• Garnish with a strawberry slice and a mint sprig.
